What: Winter lacrosse development and training
When: 12/8, 12/15 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2
Where: Charlotte Latin School- Turf Field
Each session is broken up into 45 minutes of lacrosse skills and 45 minutes of strength and agility training with the exception of two dates that are all small game days. The conditioning piece will focus on injury prevention, as well as footwork and agilities. Players will be split into groups based on age and skill level.
